• How do you collect information from the congregation?
• Is your database only accessible on a single computer?

• Are you using cloud storage solutions like Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, DropBox, or SharePoint?
• Is it easy for ministries to access the files and resources they need to do their work?
• Do you collaborate on documents in the cloud or do you send emails back and forth with revisions?
• Can you access files and other resources from your mobile device?

• How do you schedule meetings? Which platforms do you use for managing scheduling?
• How do you host virtual meetings? Do you use a video conference platform?
• Do you use a calendar application to schedule meetings?
• Do you send meeting invitations to attendees?
• Is it standard to have the calendar app on a mobile device?

• Do your ministry workers have access to ministry resources on mobile devices?
• Can you access your files and emails on a mobile device?

• Are there sufficient solutions in place to manage the change and transition of workers? 
• If a key ministry worker should leave today, do you have written knowledge saved for the successor?

• Do you offer electronic giving to your congregation?
• Is your giving solution integrated with your congregation data system?
• Can your system generate giving reports that congregants can use for tax preparation?
